FAQs
MyNISSAN Rewards is a complimentary program that rewards members for servicing their vehicle with your MyNISSAN Rewards dealership. When you enroll, you receive Service Reward Points in your account that you can redeem on your next visit at your enrolled dealership. Service Reward Points are redeemable for discounts on Genuine Nissan Service, Parts and Accessories. When you bring in your vehicle for service, you earn more Service Reward Points to use toward your next visit. You may also earn Sales Dollars to redeem towards the purchase of a new Nissan vehicle. Plus, you can take advantage of special offers throughout the year. Dealer participation in MyNISSAN Rewards may vary. Sales Dollars are not offered by all dealerships and are not valid in all states.
One Reward Point is equivalent to one dollar in customer cash to spend toward the purchase of Genuine Nissan Service, Parts and Accessories, or the purchase of a new Nissan vehicle (at participating dealerships).
Keeping your Points from expiring is easy: Just have qualifying activity. Qualifying activity includes:
  • Earning Points by bringing in your vehicle for service, or purchasing parts or accessories.
  • Redeeming Points by applying your Service Points toward your service visit, or parts or accessories purchase, or applying your Sales Dollars toward the purchase or lease of a new Nissan vehicle (at participating dealerships).
  • Making a purchase through MyNISSAN Rewards Online Shopping.
You can check your Reward Point balance at NissanUSA.com/Rewards, or have your dealership Service Advisor or Sales Advisor look it up for you. Your Reward Points also appear on your MyNISSAN Rewards monthly email statement. Not receiving your MyNISSAN Rewards monthly email statement?
